Pre-Listing Home Inspections
Be Prepared
This inspection is to inform you with all the information needed about the current condition of your house prior to offering it for sale. This inspection helps you decide what to update as well as help you set the asking price. Inspection typically takes 2-3 hours. A report will be provided. **This is a non-invasive inspection.
Pre-Purchase Home Inspection
Be in the Know
This inspection is to provide you with all the information you need about the current condition of the house you are interested in prior to purchasing. Understanding the houses current condition will help you with your purchase decision. This is a full visual, performance based inspection of the house from top to bottom. This inspection typically takes 2-3 hours. A report will be provided. **This is a non-invasive inspection.
Mobile Home Inspection
Be in the Know
Inspecting a mobile home usually takes less time, so the cost is a little less. We inspect the same things as a house, associated with the purchase or listing for sale. Mobile homes have a few things not normally found with a house such as skirting and underneath the mobile home. These are also inspected. This inspection typically takes 2 hours. A report is provided. **This is a non-invasive inspection.

Electrical Inspection *Ask for Quote
Quality Assured
This consists of a top to bottom inspection of all devices and wiring methods, to ensure the home is up to current electrical codes. A report will be provided.
Aluminum Wiring Inspection *Ask for Quote
Exceptional Service
This is a top to bottom inspection of all aluminum wiring in the home. This will ensure proper aluminum to copper connections were established. This is generally required by insurance companies to be done by a certified electrician for insurance purposes.
