THE REPORT

A full, detailed report will be sent via email within 24 hours of completing the home inspection. The report will include a summary of potentially significant findings. These findings can be a safety hazard, a deficiency requiring a major expense to correct, or items we would like to draw attention to. The summary is not a complete list of all the findings in the report, and reflects the opinion of the inspector. All of the minor “honey-do” list items will be laid out in the body of the report with coloured pictures and recommendations. Therefore, it is necessary to review all pages of the report as the summary alone does not explain all of the issues.
