Do I have to have 20% down? Can I have $0 down?

You DEFINITELY DON'T need to have 20% down! There are great loan programs that have very low down payment options. We even have less than 20% down loans with NO monthly PMI (private mortgage insurance).

There are even some 0% down options, we'll need to review your situation to see which loan best suits your needs and goals.

My credit isn't good enough.

What's the difference between a pre-approval and a pre-qualification?

Great question! A pre-qualification is like saying "yes, you can buy a home...possibly-maybe." A pre-approval is like saying "We have verified all the information and confirmed you can buy a home in "this" price range." A pre-approval sets you up for success.

What's the difference between a mortgage broker, lender, originator, etc.?

So many ways to describe something that seems the same! We are Mortgage Originators because we work with many lenders to find a solution that works best for your situation rather than financing the loan directly.
