Here is a list of some of just some of the services we provide for our customers:
  • We follow the Best Practices established by the American Land Title Association to ensure compliance with all regulations affecting real estate and loan transactions.
  • We conduct a title examination and specify all documents required for closing and insuring the title.
  • We clear title problems and attempt to obtain corrective documentation to correct title defects that are discovered in our title search.
  • We close the transaction and collect and disburse collected funds to the proper parties and record the documents in the Public Records.
  • We follow up after your closing to obtain satisfactions of mortgages, judgments and liens which were paid off.

Caution: Important Wire Fraud Alert for Home Buyers

Realtors®, Real Estate Brokers, Buyers and Sellers are targets for wire fraud and many have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars because they simply relied on the wire instructions received via email.

A hacker will break into a licensee’s email account to obtain information about upcoming real estate transactions. After monitoring the account to determine the likely timing of a close, the hacker will send an email to the buyer, posing either as the escrow agent or as the licensee. The fraudulent email will contain new wiring instructions or routing information, and will request that the Buyer send funds accordingly
