I recently had an excellent example of customer service from RFE alarms. My house in fairmont had no heat during an extreme cold spell. I got the call notifying me that it was low temp in my house. Turns out the propane tank was empty. I live in Calgary and a 6 hour drive there and back was a bit much but had to save my house. Rfe had volunteered to send one of their techs out to install temp heat. They came out immediately and installed heaters and basically saved my house. This was done after hours. Once the propane was filled they had a guy come out to light my pilot light. I was blown away at the level of service and caring I received from them. I would highly recommend them for the security and well being of your house or property.
