UKMC was such a pleasure to deal with. The work was completed within two (2) days after the permits were approved. The work was done correctly and professionally. UKMC was hired to redo the work from a different dock/lift builder in Key Largo. The previous dock builder installed the wrong equipment and it collapsed with my boat on the lift. First let me say - Upper Keys Marine is one of the most professional builders I have ever worked with. They cleaned up daily, showed up early and stayed late - and this was all done during the holiday season. Plus the DeBrules managed the job like hawks. Always there early and late to make sure things were correct.

Not all went perfect, but when issues arose, and in building they do, Upper Keys stepped up to the plate. Not without a price but done in fair, reasonable and professional way. There is no doubt they run one of the best businesses in the Keys.

Let it be known, I have never owned a boat or a house on the water before. I didn't know the questions to ask, or the quality differences in a dock. They all seemed to be the same. However, now that I have seen first hand how my dock was built, their quality is apparent. They router the edges of everything - even the stuff under the dock. They trimmed out the sides, even though it looked good with out it, but it looked great with it. Their screws were surgically aligned, and their boards were spaced with precision.

Upper Keys builds docks they would want at their house. So without hesitation - Upper Keys Marine Construction is the company to use."
