    Bill Sinnamon and his team did a terrific job of isolating the problem, pursuing it to its source, diagnosing the issue and executing the restoration plan. It involved stripping and replacing dry wall, repainting a ceiling as large as the footprint of the entire house, repairing the leak from the air conditioner and cleaning/removing any mold from the A/C unit - all of which was done in such a way that the house was cleaner each day than it was before he began the day's work. Cleanup during and at the end of the job was done just as one's mother would have done it. I can't speak highly enough of Bill, his son and his entire team.

    We experienced black mold during our inspection of selling our home in key largo. We had been renting the home for the past two years and no tenants had told us about the visible mold. Since we live 3 hrs away and stressed of selling the house, we immediately called Bill for help. He was amazing to work with! Met us at the house the day after we called to inspect the situation. He started the work ASAP and assisted with not only removing the mold from the walls but took the air handler out (cleaned and prepped it), took out the damaged bathroom vanity (shopped for a new one and installed it...it was a beautiful choice too!), replaced the water hoses for the washer/dryer, replaced a sink faucet for us, and was always responsive! It was such a relief to have the open communication, the high work ethic and the professionalism that Bill and his staff had. Any questions we had, Bill was able to answer. It was such a relief to also talk to him about insurance! This was our first home and no experience with insurance claims, but Bill helped us every step of the way!     Team was very professional, showed up on time, respected my home, they even left the de humidifiers an extra day for no extra charge as it was over the weekend. All in all a very positive experience. 5 STARS. Water had leaked through a hole in the roof and seeped behind the drywall of an interior wall. My wife was so sick from mold allergies her life was a living ****. The team removed the dry wall and offending mold, brought in industrial de humidifiers and sucked out all the moisture. The end result - my wife can breath again, 100% better.
