About Us
JOGA Development, LLC is a Louisiana State licensed residential, commercial and mechanical contractor. Formed in July of 2015, JOGA has completed many residential renovations primarily kitchens and bathrooms.
Over the last several years, while doing custom bath renovations, we noticed an abundance of subpar bathroom renovations. Poor tile installations, horrible flimsy acrylic liner installs that just covered up problems and ugly cultured marble. We also noticed poor waterproofing techniques that made for soggy drywall and leaks. Grout that was stained and cracked. We started questioning and knew there had to be a better way.
We have developed a superior system. Our mission is to offer revolutionary and beautiful bathroom solutions using the highest quality products combined with superior workmanship.
With our system, we can replace an existing tub area and install a beautiful surround that is impervious to water or convert an existing tub to a low entry shower and even add shower bars for the mobility impaired. We can complete the job in days compared to weeks or months.
How can we do this? We had the same questions.
We needed a repetitive system and quality craftsmen working together as a team.
- It all starts with the removal of the existing bathing system. We can remove an existing tub or shower, install and level the majority of our waterproofing system. Our team of licensed plumbers can install the tub or shower pan and the mechanical components of the water supply and drain system in one day.
- Next a plumbing inspection by the local authority is done. Our installations are all permitted unlike many companies in the marketplace. After inspection, the remaining components of the waterproofing system are installed.
- The real fun begins with the installation of gorgeous slab material for the surround. We strive for the least amount of grout lines if any. If a seam is needed, we only use state of the art epoxy grouting material. Once the slabs are installed, the beautiful trim components are installed.
