We view the home inspection business as an information service. Defects, material and appliance descriptions, locations and other information will be provided to our clients as thoroughly and clearly as possible. Inspection reports are emailed the same day as the inspection (other accomodations can be made when necessary). The report can be viewed as an interactive web version or simply downloaded as a PDF document which is convenient for printing. 

A general home inspection will include a roof and exterior inspection. Attic and crawlspace areas will be covered as well as the interior. Structural components will be evaluated. Plumbing leaks will be located throughout the house. The electrical inspection will include testing outlets and removing panel covers from breaker boxes to inspect wiring and other components. Ventilation, insulation, and grounds near the house will also be evaluated. HVAC systems will be tested and other information will be provided. Appliances will also be tested.

It is our goal to provide clients with as much information as possible to ensure a safe and serviceable investment. Defects and other information can aid in determining an accurate home value.

Dear prospective customers, I was looking for a home inspector for a new home purchase on the Home

Initially when I read his listing , I thought he might lack experience because he just got his license a year ago. But after talking with him it was clear he is a seasoned expert. The thorough, easy to read, extremely useful home inspection report confirmed my impression of him over the phone. His prompt response and knowledge about house construction, HVAC, electrical, codes, etc. was very reassuring as well.
