Meet Andi Shabazz
Andi Shabazz became the owner of Lookout Inspections in 2022, after working with the company for 6 years. She is a Licensed Home Inspector, and a Licensed Real-Estate Agent in North Carolina. Prior to Lookout Inspections, Andi directly worked for a Top Producing Agent in Onslow County, and for a Home Builder in the same area. Andi is a dedicated home inspector, and your direct line to learning about your home.
Meet Carlos Williams
Carlos Williams is a certified and licensed home inspector in the state of North Carolina with over 20 years of construction experience, both new and old. His specialties include mold and termite damage. Born in raised in Eastern North Carolina, Mr. Williams has thorough knowledge of old and new construction techniques that allows him to give the most accurate inspection reports possible.
