Just finished our second project with Creative Floors and we couldn't be more happy. The install crew did a great job on the LVP flooring and trim, their attention to detail was fantastic. I had a few particular areas I needed specific attention and they executed my vision perfectly. We can't wait to hire them again to finish our front room and kitchen so our entire home has matching floors. Our main point of contact, Johnny, was great to work with again. He's a straight shooter, quotes projects out fairly, and is very responsive to questions.

This flooring company was outstanding in service! Johnny was incredible with his customer service, I'm not easy to please but he went above n beyond to be sure I would be satisfied with my stain! I am so happy I used this company and would recommend them to everyone! They were timely and clean which also are important factors when choosing a flooring company! Worth every penny I paid

Johnny and his crew did an amazing job. We had existing hardwood in our kitchen, hall and bathroom and wanted to add hardwood to our office, living and dining room. Johnny sanded down our existing floors and tied the new flooring in beautifully. He spent time with us, helping us decide what stain color to use, and was extremely professional. Johnny and his team were wonderful to work with, did a beautiful job and beat all the estimates we had received. His team was neat and he completed the job in the time frame he told us. The floors are just so beautiful, I can't believe it is my house! I highly recommend Creative floors and will use them again for future projects.

Johnny looked at my floor and gave me an estimate. A couple days later his team came over and fixed my flooring . I couldn't believe how nice it looked. They had to fix 7 places in my bamboo flooring that were either separating or of uneven cut. The job took around 3 hours and Alex and John cleaned up any mess that was left. I couldn't believe that I was looking at the same floor. To say that I was happy with the results is an understatement. I'd hire them again.

Creative Floors did an amazing job replacing our staircase rails and spindles. They were professional, precise and took pride in their work. It took them 3 days from start to finish and they always left their supplies and work area tidy at the end of the day. We are beyond happy with how our railing turned out. Highly recommend this company!

I have used Creative for a couple projects now. Dealing with contractors daily, I can tell you I have been blown away by this company! Their level of efficiency and professionalism are incredible! We just had our floors done throughout the house. The crew did a great job. The floors are beautiful! I would definitely recommend them.

We hired Johhny to refinish the floors throughout our house. He came right away to meet us, look at the house and give us an estimate. He was very detailed and pointed out many things are had not even thought about the floors. He helped us decide on the types of thresholds between rooms and the color of the stain.

When we decided to move forward he was able to work with our schedule to start the work. The team came and completed the job very quickly and made it really easy on us. After it was done Johnny came by the next day to get a final look for himself, I think this shows he is a true artist and takes pride in his work.

Our floors look absolutely stunning now, we could not be happier. If we had to do it over we would no doubt use Creative Floors again.

I couldn't be happier with choosing Creative Floors for our project. We wanted to replace our entire upstairs laminate/carpet flooring with hardwood. Jonny was extremely responsive from the start and the turn around time was incredible. The job was done in 2 days and looks perfect. All at a very fair and reasonable price. Hired Creative Floors to take a look at several areas of our home. They gave us a thoughtful analysis of what could be done at our budget and delivered on the quality they described. They finished the job within the time and cost agreed upon, stayed in touch throughout the project and communicated very well. I will definitely be using this company again to do my next project. Johnny was very professional when he came out to give me and estimate. I had others come but his friendliness is what made me use his company. My hallway and my stairs are beautiful?
