About Encapsulations
The ground of the crawlspace is covered 100% with a vapor barrier, including seams and junctions. The air is also conditioning by a dehumidifier. We only use the highest quality materials available. Our encapsulations of the ground and walls use 20mm polyethylene. Our process does not void the warranty on termite control, unlike popular spray foam methods.

President
Michael is the president of Rozier and has been with the company for 18 years. In 2018, Michael and his wife, Jennifer purchased the company. Michael is highly trained in all areas of pest control and moisture control. He is licensed in both Virginia and North Carolina. He is a commercial applicator in the state of Virginia specializing in general pests, wood destroying insects, and public health pests. He is a licensee in North Carolina specializing in both wood destroying pests and general pest control. He is always researching new ideas and techniques to provide the best services available. He is dedicated to providing quality service to our great community.
Jennifer Wallace
Vice President
Jennifer is the vice president and office manager at Rozier. She and her husband purchased the company from her parents, Winfred and Phyllis Hatchel, in 2018. Rozier had been a huge piece of her life for as long as she can remember. She grew up watching her parents nuture and grow the business into the amazing company it is today. Jennifer holds a bachelor’s in business administration and she is a registered technician in the state of Virginia. She is dedicated to the company, employees, customers, and to anyone she has the pleasure of interacting with.

Steven is a registered technician in both Virginia and North Carolina. Steven has an outstanding personality and work ethic. He is friendly, polite, and always takes his time to make sure the job is done right. If you sign up for routine pest control services you will likely have the pleasure of meeting Steven. MacKenzie
Office Manager
MacKenzie is one of the office managers at Rozier. She works alongside Jennifer to help the office run smoothly. She is dedicated to her job and to each customer that she interacts with. She is knowledgeable, a fast learner, and a pleasure to talk to. We are so thankful for Mackenzie. She has an amazing work ethic and sweet spirit. She has been a huge asset to our office team.
In my original call I mentioned an issue with yellow back millipede in the basement. They sprayed twice and still no improvement. Each time I called and talked to the technician I mentioned and showed them the dead bugs.Finally a technician mentioned they’d spread sevin to try to control came back out and sprayed for ‘ants’ which we’ve never had an issue. Basically paid for multiple sprays for nothing.

We've used Rozier Termite and Pest for years. They do our annual termite inspection and ant treatment (first sign of spring...anthills!). They also took care of a fire ant problem.

Moisture Control: Rozier was very professional and knowledgeable. Mr Wallace explained in detail the course of action. They were prompt in scheduling the work and completed the project to our satisfaction.
We had routine pest control every three months. They were on time and reasonably priced. We had no problems with any types of tests while using the service. They also offer an encapsulation for your crawlspace which we took advantage of and I feel like it helped our home a lot.
I have been using Rozier Termite & Pest Control for several years now for control of the spiders around my house since our subdivision has a lot of trees. Those big spiders were making a mess all over the porches and the side of my house. They also did a termite inspection and treatment for me. I could not ask for better service! They are dependable, efficient and very affordable. I recently had them clean my gutters (again...trees...ugh) and they did an AMAZING job! Left everything looking nice and even cleaned off the decks and sidewalks. I was VERY impressed. Rozier is terrific! Excellent customer care, responsiveness, and follow up! They have done termite inspections, extermination of mole cricket infestation in crawlspace, and an encapsulation of my crawl space with installation of French drains and a sump pump. This was major to me because not only had the space been damp and smelly for years, I had unknowingly been experiencing allergy reactions, thinking I just had a lot of colds! Rainwater was coming off my driveway and running under my home- this is now taken care of and such a relief! You won’t go wrong with this company and they’ll work with you to resolve any issues and questions you have. Great people, honest and trustworthy!!

We’ve been using Rozier for several years now and couldn’t be happier. We initially started the quarterly treatments because we were inundated with spiders which are now not a problem at all. The really nice thing is if at any point we have any issues, all it takes is a phone call and they will come back out free of additional charges. It’s nice to have a company that backs up their service! We also recently had ants that decided to invade our kitchen. Rozier treated for the ants and there was no change in our bill. It’s nice to be pest free! They treat boat docks too!! Give ‘em a call you won’t be disappointed. If for some reason you are let them know and they’ll make it right!

Real Estate Inspections
Third-party inspection firms are frequently contacted by real estate agents as part of the process in selling a home. Rozier professional handles the testing of private water systems, wood destroying insect inspections.
During a water inspection, private wells are chlorinated typically the day before the sample is taken. The chlorine is first given time to treat the water within the well before it is run through the pipes of the house to clear out any of the untreated water that remained in the pipes. The sample is then taken and analyzed in a lab. The results typically take a day or two.
