Jimmy is a Virginia Tech grad with a lifetime of farming experience and 25+ years in farm insurance. He lives in Woodstock, VA, with his wife and their four golden retrievers.

Nancy has over 30 years of experience with Rockingham Insurance in the Elkton office. In her free time, she enjoys riding her Harley and spending time with family.
Ben grew up on a small dairy farm in Dayton where he forged a strong work ethic. He is committed to exceptional customer service. He enjoys hiking, bike rides and fishing in his free time.
Lara started as a secretary with Rockingham Insurance in 2009 and returned in 2019 as a licensed agent after time away for other pursuits. She values community connections and family time.
Mark is a Harrisonburg-based agent with over 30 years at Rockingham Insurance. He enjoys meeting with customers and providing personalized coverage for their unique needs.
Erica is a JMU Music Education grad who excels in team building and customer satisfaction. She is an active musician, participating in local wind ensembles and orchestras.
Abigail is a Virginia Tech alumna now living in Broadway, VA. She loves dogs and serves as a foster mom to pets in need.
Originally from Upstate NY, Beatrice brings diverse experience to the team. She enjoys walking, gardening, and beach trips.
Jessica is bilingual in English and Spanish. A Broadway, VA, resident, she values family time and building client relationships.
