There was a towel stopping water from coming out from under a door near the elevator. It wasn't labeled as a guest room, so I'm thinking laundry? There was no breakfast on Saturday morning because the employee didn't show up or call in. The front desk clerk ended up covering for her, but that didn't help me because I needed to leave. Our bathroom door didn't latch. Our closet door didn't stay open when you were trying to get things in and out so you have to hold it open. The thermostat wasn't accurate in our room and the refrigerator wasn't as cold as it should have been. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. The property is evidently undergoing a $6 million renovation. Too bad they're not planning on staying part of the Choice hotels.

We had 3 rooms for a family wedding, totaling 8 nights. I requested that the rooms be close together. We were as far apart as it could possibly be, different buildings and floors. When one of my sons checked in his room smelled so bad, they requested another room, the lock didn’t work right on the next one. The person at the desk offered to give him the Master key! What!? He had to go to another hotel. There was construction right outside our window working first thing in the morning, even on Saturday playing their work music. No sleeping in on your get away in Dixon. As they were working outside our window, they covered the vent of our AC and our room was so damp from no ventilation that the carpet was wet! Disgusting. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Will never come back. Choice Hotels have gone downhill. No Thanks

Key card didn’t work. Staff was friendly but didn’t know how to get key cards working. Room was dingy but fine for a night. The TV didn’t work. Breakfast was late and missing several items. Overall hotel was in pretty rough shape. Certainly not what I expected based on the cost.
