Since we rarely charge for our services unless the transaction closes, we understand the importance of actually closing the deal.

Our real estate lawyers and staff offer real estate, title insurance and escrow services to most of East Tennessee. We provide title insurance directly or through affiliated companies through Fidelity, Lawyers, Chicago, Southern, and Commonwealth Title Insurance Companies.
