How much help do you need?

You are the most important aspect of any project and the most important thing in the design process is to understand your objectives.

Together we start by discussing your requirements, so I can get a full understanding of your vision, ideas, budget and timeframe for your project. How much or how little help you need is then up to you.

Design - the first step

	Free initial meeting I offer all customers a free initial meeting, to create an idea of what might be implemented. ✏️ Call or email to set up a meeting ✏️ Fill out the design survey ✏️ During your initial in home, or online meeting we will discuss your visions and design dilemmas, color questions and much more.
Then what? After our in home session you can choose to whether or not you want to proceed to the Design documentation phase - no strings attached!

Documentation - the second step

Your Design project documentation gives you everything you need to create a customized and professional interior design with your own personal touch.

✏️ A complete floor plan with suggestions on how to place your furniture

✏️ 3D drawing to help you visualize your new space.

✏️ A complete list of furniture, fabrics, colours and vendors.

✏️ Budget

Don't break the bank!

I offer fixed prices for the Design documentation, no fuzz, no confusion, no additional charges.

Single room: $150

Bathroom / Small kitchen: $200

Large kitchen: $250

All prices include one revision and a 60 day support so that you get 100% satisfied.

Construction - the finale

Dealing with construction and getting the right prices, the right quality and get the project done on time can be truly exhausting.

I can help you with the purchasing process, getting the quotes and implementing your Design.

Peace of mind

Let me deal with the implementation phase.

I have over 15 years of experience with procurement and supervision of contractors and the building process.

You will have full control of budget, choices and time plan from start to end with daily updates and my full attention.

My rates

Hourly fee $60

Hourly fee can be combined with a maximum cost so that you have full control at all times.

Hourly fee does not include any travel and lodging cost.
