Process Serving:
Our Paralegal firm offers process service in compliance with the prescribed limitations set out for each individual matter. We serve Summons, Statements of Claim, Plaintiff’s Claim, Defences, Divorce documents, Writs, Complaints, Subpoenas, and many other documents. Our Process servers will attend local courthouses on client’s behalf to issue documents in a new action or add to an existing file. They will issue and file with the court for a fee. NM LEGAL’s process servers will provide litigation searches by attending the local courthouses (Cornwall & Ottawa) on behalf of clients to and search court records for requested documents.
